No. I mean my Hephernaan, Skie and any other SoD references were written with vanilla SoD events and plots in mind.

EDIT: I am speaking story-wise; I have no idea if there would be any other incompatibilities. I do have very little knowledge on the technical part of the mod, and to be honest, I am not very interested in SoD story changes in general. I always enjoyed the story.
