Moth may be collected from the Inn window at the Umar Hills (from the outside -- the window is a container)

Remember that if you have not started a new game after you installed Walahnan, you may experience problems (installing modern mods mid-run causes problems for MANY mods, as worldmap, areas, some characters/NPCs aren't updated because a version of all these is saved in your savegame)
