Does he have a specific fatigue message? Maybe it is using the low-health message by default. To be honest this is my first time using mods.
After playing Icewind Dale a couple times I was missing the quests 'n' stuff from Baldur's Gate. I am going through this game again now with literally all your mods and a few rules changes from the Tweaks. I already have a lot of thoughts on the npcs but I'll hold off for a while and just post any potential bugs.
