Components 2-4 (PID and the Eddard modules) can only be installed if they are installed immediately after the first two components. They rely on a variable "value", which is not defined again within these modules, only in the earlier modules. This means that if the Weidu install is closer or project infinity is used to install the mod these three components fail to install. 

I think code would need to be added to define "value" if it is not already defined.

You can replicate it by selecting to ask about each component, install components 0 and 1, then close it and reopen to try and install component 2 or 3.
