Hi guys, as the topic says - I've looked all around Graveyard district and still was unable to find the item. On some other forum it said that it should be in the crypts to the south of spiders' nest, but there is nothing in there, I've checked like 10 times already

Any tip as to where to look, or did I happen to be a victim of a bug?

-- it's exactly where the map note "3" is, in a crate. It's always created there, there is no condition that triggers it, so there is a chance you were there before you were asked to find the item, and perhaps sold it? There are also other, original items in that crate, so check the last item in that container.

I don't think there is any possible incompatibility as it's a fairly simple thing that doesn't clash with any other mod.

The item code is L#XZEHEA (just in case you wanted to summon it).
