Hi! SotSC is designed with BG1EE+SoD, you may mix it with EET, but there may be some things you need to consider. More about them may be found here:

I made it to Ormyrr's Peak, but it's not showing as a separate location on the main map, nor is the Mountain Cemetery area. I'm still showing as in the Gnoll Stronghold. Any ideas why?

Not sure if this had an effect, but immediately after talking to the orymyrrs, I transported myself into and out of "My Very Own Hideout" because I had a few of the relevant items stashed there.
It sounds like you installed the mod without starting a new game or another mod revered the updated world map. Sorry, but I think you will need to use console to jump between those areas.

SotSC 10.4

I have the Glowing Wardstone that takes the party to "My Very Own Hideout". After using it for a while, suddenly "Daran Highhammer" from Siege of Dragonspear appears at the hideout. I did a weidu changelog on L#HND1.BCS

Quote:Mods affecting L#HND1.BCS:

00000: /* created or unbiffed */ ~CDTWEAKS\SETUP-CDTWEAKS.TP2~ 0 3380 // Sensible Regeneration When Travelingv18

I'm just curious how he managed to get there.
I have no idea. Maybe some engine glitch. For sure, I do not call him there, and I thought I would look at his scripts, the area script, etc., and I couldn't find anything even suspicious. Sorry.

Hi Lava,

I noticed the Shade Wyvern's Skull is missing both the 100 poison resistance effect, and the prevent display icon bleeding.
So you are safe from being poisoned, but not from actual poison damage (cloudkill and such). Is this intended?

Cheers,
It does protect from being poisoned, and from the "poisoned" icon, and should display the protection from poison icon. However, it indeed does not protect from stuff direct poison damage. I may need to think if I should also add that, but I wonder if that would make it overpowered, but yeah, t would be logical. I may need to think about it, thanks!

When you travel west from the Gnoll Stronghold, the journey to Ormyrr's Peak is automatic and instantaneous instead of selecting it on the world map, while vice versa it takes the proper four hours as listed.

Also, is there any way to obtain "gold teeth" without having to rob a tomb (for RP reasons)? At first I was sure he simply meant gold pieces, but alas that didn't work so I consulted the walkthrough and found out that I'd have to do that...

PS: I think "Ormyrr Peak" would be a better name (the generic singular implies the plural – cf. "Xvart Village"); or, if you really want to emphasise the plural, "Peak of the Ormyrrs". Amazing detail on those Ormyrr corpses blended into the area background, by the way – did you create those yourself?

Yes, it's for the sake of compatibility, as I do not want to change search regions unless it's a total must. It only affects the game one time and it's a fair price for keeping things safe.

No. If you're not comfortable with this, then perhaps just skip the quest. That's also part of the role-playing.

I like the name as it is, even if it may sound imperfect.
As for the Ormyrr corpses, they are based on Pool of Radiance: Ruins of Myth Drannor.

Alright, I'll tell myself that the Ormyrrs are probably just looking to recover their own lost property then and that some ghastly ghast made away with the gold teeth. Come to think of it, that might actually be the case, considering the crown is Ormyrr(-ean? -ish? -ic?) in origin and that lingering spirits usually seek to be reunited with their own lost property.

Big Grin
Well, they are all undead and they can still be mean to one another. And then, there is the psychopath, who is just plain rude!

Yes, that psychopath was a very BG1-style encounter in its jaw-dropping absurdity. Big Grin
