Thanks for suggestion. However simply creating the Baron does not work, ie cannot talk to him. I think one or more other creatures may be needed as well. In the standard quest, as soon as you enter Umar Inn, someone "greets" you asking who you are and you have to tell them that you were sent by the Order.

Anyway in this play through I'm already halfway through Throne of Bhaal.
