Truth be told, I have no idea, but if they somehow change the kits, the NPCs will most likely use the updated / tweaked version. I don't think there are many mods that would cause any serious trouble, especially when it comes to Dyna, as she's just using original content, the fact she can change her specialization doesn't conflict with tweaks, but then again - I haven't tried many of the kit / class tweaks and revamps. But I haven't been getting many reports in regard to such problems, so perhaps it's not as bad as it may seem? But then again, I'm mostly guessing now.
