I just downloaded the mod from the server to check the same package and it looks fine, everything shows properly. It looks more as if something got damaged during the download or your PC's protection or something is not allowing WeiDU to read the .tra properly. Or something like that? There was no change in regard to the English language in v8.7.

Try downloading the mod again and if you have super sensitive antivirus / protection software, make sure it does not block the installation of the mod. Also, make sure no other program is blocking .tra files.
