The only list on the download page, I don't think there is anything else. And since I created the mod some time ago, I also don't remember some of it's secrets, but that may be good!
The Tree of Shades is there only to spend XP on something, as you get a lot of that with mods installed, and you get some items in exchange for it. There is nothing else there, just that, the hand, the hideout. These are mostly like an optional dungeon crawl.
