I just tried to install it and I cannot reproduce the bug. I would say you should try turning off antiviruses or anything that could falsely consider the file harmful, download the mod again and then try to install the mod again. That's the only thing that comes to my mind, as it works fine on my end. I downloaded the mod from my website and installed it and no such message / error appeared.
