Hello!  Love all the mods you have made.  I am going about my 2 year celebration of reinstalling as many mods as I can fit (which means every weasel out there).  All have worked lovely except for Ooze's Lounge.  I don't know I end up not on the no go list, but there seems to be an issue.  This issue was an installation error that said, 
"ERROR: COPY ~OOZE/TRANSLATIONS/ENGLISH/OOZE.TRA~ ~OOZE/TRANSLATIONS/ENGLISH/fl#utf8_OOZE.TRA~ FAILED: cannot open target
Stopping installation because of error.

ERROR: unable to convert OOZE/TRANSLATIONS/ENGLISH/OOZE.TRA from CP1252 into UTF-8

Any Ideas where to dig or what cord to cut?  Thanks!

It looks as if your operating system or antivirus or other protection software didn't have permission to change files (?) -- sorry, that's an only idea I have, perhaps turn of your protection for a second, or check if your directory isn't in "read only" folder? But those are only guesses.
