Is the white queen immortal? i get her to injured and i am hitting her with everything, 3 fighter classes and spells from 3 others and despite constant dange never drops below injured.

There was info in the dialogue: you need to stab her with the magic branch you were given. Wound her using that weapon and then fight her with normal weapon.
