WM: LavaIt-IWD updated and renamed to FindIt-IWD

A small item pack previously known as LavaIt-IWD was renamed and now may be found under a new name: FindIt-IWD. The new name should reflect the mod's nature way better. But... what is that mod exactly?
FindIt-IWD is an item pack for Icewind Dale EE. After playing IWD yet another time, I realized I would like to see something new, some items perhaps. And that is what the the mod does: it introduces nearly 30 items for you to find and enjoy!
Version 2.1 also changes the location of one of the items.
