I have now talked to the halfling in Beregost and he said I have to wait 3 days until he is finished (with the figurine). After 3 days Eldoth told it's time to go back. My journal says I have to go to Friendly Arm Inn there should be some mage outside of Friendly Arm Inn. But I can't find a mage there... Or what should I do as next please?

He should be standing to the right of the temple, near a wagon; between the temple and the eastern wall.
