I was looking into the items of this mod in case I missed some content in my many playthorughs with T'viy, apparently I did.

When inside, and Bandoth is gone, T'viy may actually use the forge in there. I don't remember all the details, though, but I think Bandoth needs to be gone/dead for it to happen.
