Book club part 2 unavailable - psykotik - 07-27-2024

Hi Weasel!

I finished the first part of the book club
I killed the illhid or whatever it was on the plane
However, I started the book club after chapter 6

I'm supposed to start it before the underdark



Too late for me. Is there any CLUA code I could use to trigger the second part?

Even if you completed the quest in Chapter 6, you should still be able to continue the quest, the man that starts it should appear somewhere close to the bridge at the main Tangled Oak Isle area. If you're not in Suldanessellar then that would mean it's BG2's Chapter 6.

I'm in Chapter 9 ToB and there is nobody around the Tangled Oak Isle's bridge except Crow Trommoc.

Well, you wouldn't normally be able to return there, so... No. There is a check for chapter 6 specifically. Unless you change it to chapter 6 for a moment and then back to chapter 9.

That would mean you need to change the chapter to Chapter 18 for a moment if I'm correct.

You would need to do more than just make him appear but also set the variable:

C:SetGlobal("L#NIBookClubPart2","GLOBAL",1)
C:CreateCreature("L#NI6CQ")

The second code should be used while standing on the bridge to the Tangled Oak Isle.
I can't assure it's all going to work correctly, keep that in mind.

Thanks for trying. It indeed didn't work.

I lead Nikt to the seven legs pub but nothing happened, Tried to talk to him once inside but he doesn't talk.

The talk does not happen inside but outside the pub.
It's hard to say if it's messing with the console/variables or what, there's a lot of factors here and I am unsure if can help with the problem.
