The item L0shri.itm (seeker of sins) uses op319 to restrict it to shaman. op319 uses the string in the Description Note field to display which class can/can't use it. In IWDEE, for me, it has an invalid ID, causing the item's in-game description to say Usabled by: Invalid ######.
Changing the ID locally to reference a string that says 'shaman' (id 40884) fixed the issue for me.
