Quote:is it a feature to have three points in quarterstaff ? Paladin can only put two points in weapons proficiencies, and she indeed can't put more than two points in other weapons.
She has her unique staff and staffs are generally weak weapons. I always wanted to see a fighter or a paladin that would specialize in those and I've decided that this character may be Xzelë. It works well with her, in my opinion, and while her weapon is quite strong, there aren't many powerful quarterstaves there, thus a little bonus from me: one illegal star.
Quote:I understand why she can't equip anti undeads weapons like Daystar or the Mace of Disruption. But why Carsomyr too ? It's an anti evil weapon, not an anti undeads one ?
Well, Carsomy is also known as
Holy Avenger. Besides, she has a lot of unique skills, she is quite powerful, even when compared to other paladins. Carsomyr is a holy weapon, a powerful one, later one upgradeable with Eye of Tyr. I've decided that her not being to able to use this item is just as reasonable.
Quote:She seems to have a specific weakness to petrification. If turned to stone, she immediately exploses and can't be turn to flesh. Is it intend ? If yes, it could be nice to specify it on her ring description.
It's intentional. She already has tons of immunities and resistances. And you may notice that she cannot be resurrected. No matter if she dies because of turning to stone, or in normal battle, she dies for good. She is hard to kill, she is immune, she knows many tricks, but if she dies, she dies for good. And I am unsure if that's something that needs to be written in an item description. Maybe, but... I really don't consider this a must.
Quote:I really like how she reacted to Blooded stings of Barovia.
Well, it's the same mod series, I thought it would be cool if she reacted somehow
