Weasel Mods

First off, I am really liking this NPC.  I am progressing in his quest to find his husband, I have spoken to Facelinn and he told me to check out the slums near his warehouse for the thugs.  I have spent roughly 2 days patrolling the slums and re-entering the warehouse to no avail.  I went back t Facelinn and Bjaha to see if the quest advanced but they don't have anything to say.

Am I missing the obvious?  A little help would be nice for me please.

They're above the entrance to the Copper Coronet. You need to take the wooden stairs next to the tavern's board and walk the wooden platform. There will be near the next stairs further up.
